Running Horse Silver & Leather Medallion Bracelet - Strong & Free Spirit Equestrian Bracelet

Customize this large statement, fine silver, running strong & free spirit medallion bracelet with your personalized size and premium, thick, double strand, braided leather band colour choice. This listing includes:

- rustic and vintage inspired finish with textures created by hand, creases, folded raw edges and added patina for a deliberate look of a piece with history

- a large approx 1 1/8" raw cut fine silver medallion, hand textured background with raised running horse design in a rustic and oxidized finish.

- hidden, soldered, sterling silver elements to thread the band

- all natural, premium Italian leather, thick 3/8" braided, double wrap band in a custom size to fit. Please note this bracelet is not adjustable so please measure your wrist and give actual measurement for a perfect fit. I will add a small amount for comfort. Choose natural black leather or natural brown leather.

- signature premium stainless steel snap clasp, sleek and modern in look and easy to use with one hand.

How it's made:
Pure or fine precious silver is 99.9% pure, making it more desirable and more expensive that sterling silver. It starts as a clay that can be molded, stamped and textured in any way imaginable. I roll the clay and weigh it for a uniform size. No 2 pieces will ever be the same. It will be perfectly imperfect with raw edges and a rustic, old world feel with texture lines. I then let it dry, sand it to smoothness, and fire it in a kiln for 3 hours. Once fired, it is solid 99.9% pure silver and the finished size is approx 1 1/8" round but each one will vary slightly. I then wire brush it and solder on the sterling silver hidden components. I pickle it, file and sand it some more and when I'm happy with the texture I oxidize the piece to leave dark in the low areas and to highlight the high areas. Finally it goes in a tumbler for a final glimmering polish and to add extra strength. Long process, Yes. But sooooo worth it!!
